Heavy Hydraulic Cylinder Rebuild

We rebuild hydraulic cylinders used on heavy equipment for forestry, agriculture, and construction.

  • TMW built cylinders provide longer service life than standard OEM
  • We only use chrome induction hardened rod stock
  • The customers cores and rod ends are reused to lower rebuild costs
  • Cylinders with obsolete packings are modified to use upgraded and readily available packings
  • TMW built heavy hydraulics lower customer’s operating costs

Fuel Tank Fabrication

We custom build tanks for all off-road uses including fuel and portable pressure washing stations. Depending of the application, tank steel thickness ranges from a minimum ⅛ inch up to 3/16th inch for heavy duty uses. We work with you to design and build a tank that will serve your long-term needs.

  • Tanks custom built to customer specifications
  • Steel thickness is double or greater than readily available standard tanks
  • Tank seams are double welded with an inside and outside weld
  • We triple test all tanks at the shop to ensure they are leak-free
  • Finish painting is available

Heavy Equipment Repair

We can repair any major failure of heavy equipment components inside at our Frenchville location. We can fabricate and strengthen… Our goal is to extend the service life of your equipment.

Custom Fabrication

We will custom fabricate any product in steel. stainless steel and aluminum per the clients specifications. TMW collaborates with clients on design. Our potato harvester spades have been claimed to outlast OEM by three times in tough Aroostook County soils.

Line Boring

Line boring corrects many defects caused by pin and bushing wear as well as other mechanical wear issues. TMW can return your equipment to new or better than new operation. Some new equipment lacks bushings where they should be. We recognize where the addition of bushings is necessary to extend wear life.

Trailer Fabrication & Reconditioning

TMW can custom build any utility trailer to meet the needs of the customer. An example is a trailer we built with a water tank that gravity fed a pressure washer for cleaning forestry equipment on the job site. We can recondition any trailer component including framing, hitches, suspension, axles, etc.
